THE STORY OF RUSTIC CUFF

As the founder of Rustic Cuff, Jill Donovan’s journey has been anything but ordinary. A former attorney and adjunct law professor at the University of Tulsa, she stepped away from the courtroom and into a life of creativity.

What began as a late-night idea quickly became Jill’s personal mission. In 2011, she transformed a creative hobby into a nationally recognized brand. She wanted to design tangible reminders of life-giving words of hope that people could carry with them everywhere they went. With no experience in making cuffs, she immersed herself in the process by researching materials, experimenting with designs, and mastering the craft from the ground up.

Over the last 14 years, Rustic Cuff has grown from a single bracelet into a widely respected brand, with showrooms in locations like Disney Springs, Dallas, Chicago, and Oklahoma. Today, it continues to serve customers around the globe, both online and through its flagship location in Tulsa.

Known for its meaningful designs and the deep connections they create, Rustic Cuff has been featured extensively on national television and worn by well-known figures across sports, fashion, and entertainment. Twice selected for Oprah’s Favorite Things, the brand has touched countless lives and fostered connections worldwide.

As a national speaker, Jill uses her signature storytelling and humor to share messages of hope, freedom, and faith with audiences across the country. She extends this connection through her weekly blog and podcast ‘Practically Speaking.’ Jill is the author of The Kindness Effect and the upcoming book Live Like Everyone Loves You, set to release in the fall of 2025. She is also the visionary behind the new Jill Donovan Collection, where she brings her love for artistry, storytelling, and craftsmanship to life.

She is married to her college sweetheart, Terry, and they live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with their two daughters, Ireland and Peanut. Through every chapter of her journey, Jill reminds others that the most difficult detours often lead to the most beautiful breakthroughs.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of non-custom merchandise within 45 days of receiving your order. All returns must include proof of purchase, and merchandise must be in unworn and unused condition.

Because custom items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If your custom item arrives with a quality or production issue, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns eligible for a refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. We will provide a return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
