We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of non-custom merchandise within 45 days of receiving your order. All returns must include proof of purchase, and merchandise must be in unworn and unused condition.
Because custom items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If your custom item arrives with a quality or production issue, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns eligible for a refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. We will provide a return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
